How long will it take to get my mask/s?
Our face masks are made to order in Sydney, Australia. Production can take up to 3-4 days. Please be aware that during busy periods our production time can be up to 7 days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

Then, orders within Australia will be delivered within 3-7 business days and International orders from 8 business days. We use standard Australia Post for postage, please contact us if you require express shipping so we can provide you with a quote. Please be aware that there may be some delays due to the impact of the Coronavirus on delivery services.

Where are the masks made?
All masks are made in Sydney, Australia.

Can I return or exchange?
Due to the personal hygiene risks associated with the masks, unfortunately we cannot offer any returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If your product has arrived faulty, please contact us. 

How will I know the mask will fit my face without trying it on first?
We have a range of sizes from kids to adults to suit every face size. View our size guide here. The curves of the mask are designed to follow the contours of your face. The elastic ear loops or elastic that goes over your head can be adjusted and shortened for a more comfortable, close and protective fit.

Are the masks medical grade and will it stop me from getting sick?
Although our masks are made with 3 x layers of fabric protection, they are not medical grade and not recommended to be used as substitutes for surgical masks or N95 masks and cannot stop you from getting sick. Further protection and filtering can be added by inserting a disposable filter, surgical mask or dry wipe/paper towel in the inside pocket. 

Are fabric masks effective?
There have been mixed reports on wearing fabric masks. Visit #Masks4All for more information on the benefits of wearing a fabric/cloth mask.

Can I wash my mask?
Yes, this is a great benefit of using a fabric mask. Machine wash your mask in cold or warm water. It can be ironed if needed after washing.

Can I order more masks than the website allows me to purchase?
This may be possible for fabrics that are not limited edition. For larger orders please contact us.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we can do a custom order of masks but minimum quantities do apply. Please contact us if you have a custom request.

I am an essential or healthcare worker or business that is in need of fabric masks, how can I get a donation of fabric masks?
